Brian is the Senior Lecturer and Program Coordinator for the extended major in Prosthetics and Orthotics as part of the Bachelor of Health Science. Brian joined UniSC in January 2020. Prior to academia, Brian worked for both paediatric and adult hospitals in Brisbane, treating clients in both inpatient and outpatient environments. His roles have included senior and team leader roles.

During his time working in the public sector, Brian developed a strong interest in paediatric orthotic management, acute spinal management and mentoring students and new graduates in the field of prosthetics and orthotics. Brian graduated from La Trobe University in 2012 with a Masters of Clinical Prosthetics and Orthotics and also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kent State University (USA).
