Dr Jenna Campton is a lecturer in Management in the School of Business and Creative Industries.
Jenna is passionate about engaging teaching and has taught organisational behaviour, research methodology and analysis to both undergraduates and postgraduates.
Jenna's research interest centres on stress and wellbeing, for employees, volunteers, small business owners and entrepreneurs. She has a special interest in how societal expectations and pressure can cause internalised workplace stressors. She is a capable mixed methods researcher with expertise in statistical modelling. She serves a reviewer for several journals and supervises higher research degree students from Australia and Salzburg.
She is open to receiving requests for higher research degree supervision from students seeking to undertake mixed methods research that is aligned with organisational behaviour topics.
