Prior to joining UniSC, Kirsty Redgen worked as a chartered accountant specialising in audit and taxation. While working in the profession for seven years, Kirsty developed a passion for empowering others through education and research.
Kirsty possesses a strong commitment to lifelong learning. Her research areas include studies of creativity and decision-making in the accounting profession, automation potential, and the use of technology in audit engagements.
