Dr Sharon Louth is the Program Coordinator for the Bachelor of Primary Education, overseeing course equity and quality across Fraser Coast, Moreton Bay, and Sippy Downs campuses. A core member of UniSC's Indigenous and Transcultural Research Centre (ITRC), her research focuses on embedding Indigenous perspectives, Rural regional and remote teaching and learning, fostering collaboration and agency in children and educators, and trauma informed and culturally responsive pedagogies.

With over 20 years of teaching experience in secondary schools in Australia and the UK, and 20 years in tertiary education, Sharon teaches courses on Diversity and Inclusion and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Perspectives. She supervises HDR students and conducts professional development workshops for educators across various sectors particularly in regional and rural areas.

Passionate about improving educational outcomes for all, Sharon has developed learning support programs to break down barriers related to race, gender, and socio-demographics. Her work emphasises inclusive, cooperative, and motivational learning strategies, empowering students and educators to achieve their goals.
