Profile

Leisa Swift is a Lecturer of Nursing at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Her clinical experience and background is emergency, paediatrics as well as remote area nursing and she has worked in remote communities in the Northern Territory. Leisa’s teaching interests are the preparation for practice courses, clinical placement courses and child health.

Leisa’s research interest is the preparedness of students for graduate practice. She is presently completing her Masters research project on this topic.
