Michelle Small has been working in the Sport and Exercise industry for over 15 years and an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) for over 10 years. Her experience includes occupation rehabilitation, pain management, health promotion, vocational rehabilitation, work conditioning, Medicare, Department of Veteran Affairs, and return to work programs. Michelle has mentored many AEPs and other allied heath professionals.

Michelle is driven by empowering her clients/patients to manage and take control of their health. This interest in education and development is further reflected in her role as practicum coordinator in which she mentors and guides students in their development as sport and exercise, and/or clinical exercise science professionals.
