Trent started his career in strength and conditioning in 2020 after completing his undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Since then, he has worked with a variety of athletes, from youth development to elite. Trent currently works with high performance youth athletes, UniSC’s UBL teams, and Paralympic athletes.
